MEET OUR TEAM
Pastor Dustin Estel joined our team in September of 2021. He is a Colorado native who joined the U.S. Navy after high school and lived in San Diego, CA, for 20 years. Dustin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies (Horizon University), a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry (Southern California Seminary), and a Master of Divinity (Southern California Seminary). He is currently enrolled at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, working on a Ph.D. in Applied Theology.

Dustin and his wife Beth have been married since 2008 and have two children.
Sam Hege is dedicated to serving Christ and investing in the lives of students. With four years of youth leadership experience, he has guided young people in their walk with the Lord, helping them grow in faith, character, and community. His heart for ministry is rooted in a desire to see the next generation follow Jesus with passion and purpose. In addition to his ministry work, Sam earned a BFA in Graphic Design from Liberty University, a skill he uses to support the church and communicate the gospel with clarity and creativity.
Maddie Hege serves as the Church Administrator at Fairmount Bible Church. She holds degrees in Counseling Psychology and Christian Counseling and has served in ministry through leading small groups, discipling youth, and equipping the church in the ministry of care. Her experience in counseling and training lay leaders has shaped her desire to see believers strengthened in their faith and supported in times of need. Maddie considers it a joy to serve both behind the scenes in administration and alongside others in ministry, with the goal of helping Fairmount thrive as a Christ-centered community.
